Payment Methods and Instructions

–       50% down payment before production & 50% balance payment before shipping.

–       Check, Wire Transfer, ACH, Credit Card and Paypal are acceptable.

–       6% handling fee will be applied for Credit Card or Paypal.

Customer Supplied Art Files

All customer supplied art work must be in Vector File. Additional charges will be required for any artwork not in vector file or for customers without artwork in any form. The additional art charge starts at USD$10, accurate charge may vary as per specific art files.

Virtual Proofs

We provide our customers vitual proofs for free.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled with written authorization prior to imprinting or production. All applicable charges incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced with a minimum charge of US$50.00. Orders on- hold beyond 30 days are subject to cancellation.
